Ved Brothers Securities Private Limited is a private listed company located at the iconic North Stand, Wankhede Stadium in South Mumbai. The company is a registered member of the National Stock Exchange of India and the Bombay Stock Exchange dealing in both the Equity and Derivatives segment. Our team comprises of CA, MBAs having experience of more than twenty years in trading in stock markets which gives us the experience and confidence in handling large investment portfolios. We also have a large back office team comprising of experienced individuals providing daily mark-to-market clearing, settlements with the exchange and generating client reports on a real-time basis.

Rajesh Rajnikant Ved

Mr. Rajesh Rajnikant Ved is a B.Com (Hons.), LLB and Chartered Accountant working as a whole time managing director at Ved Brothers. He started his career as an auditor for a leading accounting firm called K.S.Aiyar & Co. and travelled extensively to audit several big companies on critical projects in different countries across the globe. In 1990, Mr. Rajesh Ved entered the stock market as a sub-broker with Modern Home Shares and Brock Brokers and also co-founded two firms called Nikiraj Traders and Nikiraj Investments. Since 2008, he is working full-time as a full-time independent director at Ved Brothers, which acquired Automans Limited, and has expertise in dealing with capital markets in all segments from equities, derivative, financial planning and also mutual funds. Mr. Rajesh Ved also serves as a full-time trustee for Prem Puri Ashram located in South Mumbai and has written a book on the Stock Markets where he has distributed his knowledge on the stock markets and how it has helped him over the past few years.

2. Pankaj Rajnikant Ved

Mr. Pankaj Rajnikant Ved is a B.Com (Hons.) from Mumbai University and a Fellow Chartered Accountants since 1978, with over 42 years of experience in the fields of finance, accounts, audit, taxation and capital market matters at highest level. He was heading the Finance Department with The Hindustan Spg. & Wvg. Mills Ltd a well-known Textile Mills of Thackersay group having turnover of more than 200 crores per annum as Vice President up to the year 1994.Over the years he has very well advised and managed Portfolio Investment of various resident and non-resident clients and also handled merchant banking operations in Capital Markets. He also has managed independently Mutual Funds business of more than one hundred crore for his various clients. Mr. Pankaj Ved also serves as director of Modern Home Shares and Stock Brokers.

Mr. Rampal Sharma

Rampal Sharma serves as the Compliance Officer and Head of Customer Relations. He brings over 20 years of experience with him in corporate finance, clearing and settlement, exchange policy and norms as well as maintaining daily bank positions. Mr. Sharma also handles the accounts and bill generation process at the firm.
